Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team at Spotify as an Online Accounts Payable Associate in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing online accounts payable processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Responsibilities: - Process and reconcile online invoices and payments - Verify invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment status - Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounts payable processes - Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent project management and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
