Job Description:

Tobii Technology, a leading eye-tracking technology company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable. This part-time entry-level position is located in Uppsala, Sweden, and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and manage online accounts receivable processes - Generate and send invoices to customers - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of transactions and payments - Communicate effectively with customers to address billing inquiries - Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent decision-making and leadership skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
