Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Sandvik is currently seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in our Stockholm office. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable transactions and processes - Monitor incoming payments and reconcile them with customer accounts - Generate and send invoices to customers - Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Personality traits: - Dedicated to achieving results and exceeding expectations - Confident in handling challenging situations and making decisions

Soft skills: - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions - Analytical skills to identify trends and discrepancies in payment data
