Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Lifesum, a well-known health and wellness company based in Stockholm, is seeking a part-time Online Accounts Receivable Associate at the Associate Level. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection efforts - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies - Generate financial reports and provide analysis on accounts receivable data - Assist in improving and optimizing the accounts receivable process for efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with external partners and vendors to streamline payment processes - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when communicating with clients regarding their accounts - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and data security

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong planning and analysis skills
