Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Electrolux is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a remote work capacity. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of the company by handling a variety of administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings - Organize and maintain electronic and physical files - Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars - Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence - Assist with data entry and report generation - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, processing expenses, and handling mail - Provide administrative support to team members as needed


Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Experience with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack - A high school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree preferred - Experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
