Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at Securitas AB. This is a remote work position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, offering part-time hours for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures - Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes - Prepare presentations and reports for senior management - Monitor and track operational metrics and KPIs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Proven track record of resourcefulness and energy in a fast-paced environment - Strong research and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
