Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Operations Manager to join our remote team at Volvo Group. As an Associate Level Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our business. This part-time position is based in Stockholm, SE and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity - Manage a team of remote employees, ensuring they meet their targets and goals - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations - Monitor key performance indicators and adjust processes as needed - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners - Analyze market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong people management and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficient in project management tools and software - Ability to work independently and remotely - Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
