Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and independent Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quinyx in Göteborg. As an Entry Level Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to colleagues and management team - Answer and direct phone calls - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments - Maintain an organized filing system - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Manage office supplies and equipment - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Perform general office tasks such as copying and scanning documents - Provide support for special projects as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Adaptability to changing situations - Strong decision-making skills - Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus - Must be eligible to work in Sweden
