Job Description:
Kry is seeking a Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Uppsala, SE. This position is part-time at an Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and have excellent presentation and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks and support for remote team members - Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining calendars - Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and other logistical tasks - Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed - Foster transparency and open dialogue for effective communication at all levels
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in administrative roles - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools - Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Presentation and adaptability soft skills
