Saab Group is seeking a passionate and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Uppsala, Uppsala Län, SE. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents - Support the team with general office duties, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team - Perform basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports - Help manage travel arrangements and expenses for team members
Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
