Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description


Ericsson is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a part-time, work-from-home position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in administrative roles and possess the personality traits of independence and adaptability. They should also excel in soft skills such as project management and communication.


Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents - Assist in project management by tracking tasks and milestones, communicating with team members, and ensuring deadlines are met - Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports - Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role - High level of independence and adaptability - Excellent project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
