Job Description:
Polestar, a leading company in sustainable practices, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is resourceful, adaptable, persuasive, and a team player.
Responsibilities: - Managing day-to-day office operations, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies - Assisting in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding materials - Coordinating travel arrangements and managing expenses - Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures - Overseeing administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed - Providing support to the management team as required - Ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient - Assisting with special projects and events as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong persuasion and teamwork skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
