Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Cellink is seeking an adaptable and reliable Office Manager to work from home in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate administrative duties and office operations remotely - Provide support to the team by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies - Organize and maintain company records, files, and databases - Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions - Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for employees - Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions - Act as a liaison between employees, clients, and vendors, utilizing persuasion and negotiation skills - Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a smooth workflow - Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner - Support senior management with special projects and tasks as needed


Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and other office management software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred - Adaptable nature and reliability to work independently from home
