Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As an Office Manager at Kry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our virtual office. You will be working from home in Stockholm, with occasional visits to the office as needed. This part-time position is ideal for someone at the Associate Level with at least 3 years of experience in office administration.


Responsibilities:


- Managing schedules and appointments for the team - Handling correspondence and communications - Organizing and maintaining digital files and records - Coordinating meetings and events - Ordering office supplies and managing inventory - Providing administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements:


- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision - Reliable and energetic with a positive attitude - Persuasion skills and a strong teamwork ethic
