Job Description - Office Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Epiroc, a leading mining and infrastructure equipment company, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Manager in a part-time remote position based in Uppsala, Sweden. As a company dedicated to innovation and sustainability, we are looking for a candidate who shares our values and is passionate about making a difference in the world.

Responsibilities: - Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks. - Coordinate office communication and correspondence, both internally and externally. - Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. - Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records. - Handle administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping. - Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. - Reliable and energetic personality traits. - Teamwork and people management soft skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
