Job Description:
As the Online Office Manager at Ericsson, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our online office based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate online office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. 2. Manage and maintain online office systems, databases, and virtual communication tools. 3. Monitor and manage online office budget, expenses, and financial transactions. 4. Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, conferences, and events. 5. Provide administrative support to remote team members, including scheduling appointments, managing virtual calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. 6. Assist with online recruitment processes, including posting job openings and conducting virtual interviews. 7. Collaborate with remote team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the online office. 8. Handle and resolve virtual office conflicts or issues as they arise. 9. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive online office information.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and dedicated individual with strong organizational skills. 2. Excellent decision-making abilities and a cooperative attitude. 3. Experience working in a virtual or remote office setting. 4. Proficiency in virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. 5. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
