Job Description:

Storytel is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Online Operations Associate to join our team in Stockholm, SE. As an Online Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of our online operations, including content management, customer service, and data analysis. This position is part-time and entry-level, with opportunities for career growth and travel.

Responsibilities: - Manage and update online content on our platforms - Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Analyze data and report on key performance metrics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency - Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing new strategies for online operations - Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments - Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude - Excellent research and analytical abilities - Persuasion skills to influence decision-making processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
