Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and energetic Online Operations Associate to join our team at IKEA in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an entry-level position, we welcome individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and planning skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Manage online sales operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service - Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality control of products - Analyze sales data and trends to optimize online performance and drive revenue growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotions - Provide support to customers with inquiries or issues related to online purchases - Assist in website maintenance and content updates as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
