Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

As an Online Operations Associate at Storytel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online platform. You will work closely with the Online Operations team to provide support and assistance in various tasks related to content management, customer support, and data analysis. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are hardworking, confident, and eager to learn more about the digital publishing industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and update content on our online platform, including ebooks and audiobooks. 2. Assist with customer support inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders or account management. 3. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the online user experience. 4. Collaborate with the Online Operations team to optimize processes and procedures for maximum efficiency. 5. Support with special projects as needed, such as promotional campaigns or system upgrades.

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Basic understanding of digital publishing and online platforms. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
