Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Online Operations Associate to join our team at Quinyx in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The Online Operations Associate will be responsible for various tasks to support the online operations of the company.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day online operations of the company - Conduct analysis of online operations data and provide insights to improve performance - Work closely with other team members to implement changes and enhancements to the online platform - Monitor online activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Help manage online content and ensure accuracy and relevance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online experience for customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online operations - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Passionate about online operations and delivering impactful results - Highly motivated and able to work independently - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
