Online Operations Associate

Job Description:

Klarna is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Operations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage daily online operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. 3. Analyze data to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for optimization. 4. Support the development and execution of online marketing campaigns. 5. Assist with customer service inquiries and escalations as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in online operations or a similar role. 3. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. 4. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6. Able to work part-time hours in Uppsala, Sweden.
