Online Operations Manager

Job Description: Nyckel is seeking a talented and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online operations and ensuring the smooth running of our e-commerce platform. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online shopping experience for customers. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfillment. - Monitor website performance and make necessary improvements to ensure seamless functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and success of online initiatives. - Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of online retail. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Reliable and confident personality traits. - Strong soft skills in innovation and planning.
