Online Operations Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Online Operations Manager to join our team at J.Lindeberg in Stockholm, SE. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online operations and ensuring the smooth running of our e-commerce platform. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of our online store - Monitor website performance, traffic, and online customer experience - Implement and maintain online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales - Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions - Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise - Analyze data and provide regular reports on key performance metrics - Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless online operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online operations, e-commerce, or digital marketing - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and energetic with a passion for online retail - Proficiency in web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies
