Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Happy Socks, a vibrant and creative sock brand based in Malmö, SE, is seeking a part-time Online Operations Manager to join our team. As an Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and a strong background in online retail operations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the overall performance of the ecommerce platform, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and logistics, to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with business objectives. - Monitor key performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive growth. - Lead projects to enhance the online shopping experience, such as website enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements. - Develop and implement strategies for expanding the online business, including entering new markets and launching new product lines. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes and drive innovation.

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in online retail operations, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online customer behavior. - Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively lead and adapt in a dynamic environment. - Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and analyze operational initiatives. - Proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions and drive business results. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
