Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

J.Lindeberg is seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Operations Manager to join our team in Göteborg, SE. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. This is a part-time position requiring a mid-to-senior level of expertise in the field, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and improve customer experience - Manage online inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely replenishment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales and achieve business objectives - Monitor online performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Implement best practices for online customer service and resolve any issues that may arise - Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to enhance online operations - Lead and mentor a team of online operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online operations management - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure - Hardworking attitude and a passion for delivering results - Innovation and creativity in finding solutions to complex problems - Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
