Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a leader in the online operations department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all online processes and activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online operations strategies to meet business goals and objectives - Oversee all online operations, including website management, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of online operations with overall business strategy - Manage a team of online operations specialists, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Implement best practices for online security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement in online operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred - Minimum 6 years of experience in online operations management - Proven track record of driving business results through online operations optimization - Resourceful and driven with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction - Exceptional time management and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and web analytics - Experience with project management and team leadership
