Online Operations Manager

NEVS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of NEVS' online platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal user experience - Develop and implement strategies to improve online performance, increase traffic, and drive engagement - Analyze data and metrics to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online operations with overall company goals and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve NEVS' online presence

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in online operations management - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Independent and resourceful mindset - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Innovative thinker with a passion for driving results
