Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

Exeger is looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online platform, ensuring efficiency and performance targets are met.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and improve overall performance. 2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement. 3. Manage a team of online operations specialists, providing leadership and guidance. 4. Excellent cooperation and persuasion skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 6. Proficiency in online platforms and analytics tools. 7. Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
