Job Description:
Aspiro, a growing startup based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a passionate and independent Online Secretary to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and organize online calendars and schedules for senior management - Handle and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and requests - Conduct research on various topics as needed - Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting minutes - Coordinate and schedule virtual meetings and conference calls - Manage and maintain digital filing systems and databases - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Passion for staying organized and managing tasks efficiently - People management skills to coordinate with various team members - Research skills to gather information and resources quickly - Proficiency in using online tools and software such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
