Job Description:
As an Operations Associate at AstraZeneca in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the company. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and dedicated to their work, with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: - Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, including but not limited to supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities. - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency. - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in operations or a related field. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
