Operations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and independent Operations Associate to join our team at Oatly, located in Malmö, Sweden. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day operations including coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Support the Operations Manager in various tasks and projects as needed. - Uphold Oatly's high standards of quality and customer service.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Reliable and independent with the ability to work well under pressure. - Strong adaptability and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Knowledge of supply chain management principles is a plus.
