Happy Socks is looking for a Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a part-time entry-level role, the Remote Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our business. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination - Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues efficiently - Assist in data analysis and reporting to provide insights for decision-making and process improvement - Support the remote team with administrative tasks and project coordination - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
