Operations Manager

Job Description:

Polestar, a leading sustainable automotive company in Sollentuna, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in operations management. The ideal candidate will possess energy, confidence, problem-solving skills, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals - Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices - Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven ability to problem-solve and negotiate effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
