Operations Manager

Evolution Gaming is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the operations department, including staffing, budgeting, and goal setting. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on business objectives and project timelines. 5. Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market. 8. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the company.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in operations management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 7. Hardworking and motivated with a strong work ethic. 8. Ability to deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
