Remote Operations Manager

Job Description:

Ericsson is looking for a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations for our remote teams. This role requires a confident and motivated individual with strong soft skills in innovation and leadership.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize remote team operations. - Monitor and assess team performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across all remote teams. - Provide guidance and support to remote team leaders. - Implement best practices for remote team management. - Track and report on key performance indicators for remote teams. - Work closely with HR to address any operational issues affecting remote teams.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 8+ years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with project management tools and software. - Knowledge of best practices for remote team operations.
