Operations Manager

Job Description:

LeoVegas, a cutting-edge online gaming company based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication - Continuously strive to enhance operational processes through innovation and technology - Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise in a timely and effective manner

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a similar operations management role - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations - Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
