Remote Operations Manager

Northvolt, a leading battery manufacturer based in Malmö, SE, is seeking a part-time Remote Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 8 years of experience in operations management.

As a Remote Operations Manager at Northvolt, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's remote operations processes. This includes developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in a remote work environment. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operations strategies to optimize remote work processes - Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient operations - Manage remote team members and provide guidance and support as needed - Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully leading remote teams - Passionate about operations and energized by the challenge of optimizing processes - Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
