Operations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Mentimeter, a leading interactive presentation software provider, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the business - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Manage and mentor a team of remote employees - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management - Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and optimize workflow - Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Energetic and resilient personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
