Personal Assistant

Job Description:

Epidemic Sound is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Personal Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive within the company. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments - Screen and respond to emails on behalf of the executive - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Organize and maintain files and records - Assist with personal tasks as needed - Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Resourceful and energetic personality - Soft skills in people management and persuasion - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Equal opportunity mindset - Bachelor's degree preferred
