Job Description:
Skanska is currently seeking a driven and passionate Secretary to join our team in Uppsala, SE on a part-time basis. As a Secretary at Skanska, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks such as managing data entry, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and assisting with general office operations.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executives' schedules - Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents - Maintain office filing system and electronic records - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails - Assist in bookkeeping and invoicing tasks - Coordinate travel arrangements - Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and equipment maintenance
Requirements: - 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Strong time management skills - Excellent people management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High level of attention to detail - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
