Acne Studios is seeking a confident and hardworking Virtual Assistant to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Handling email correspondence and phone calls - Organizing and maintaining files and records - Assisting with data entry and bookkeeping tasks - Helping to coordinate meetings and events - Conducting research and compiling information as needed - Providing general administrative support to team members

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking attitude - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a similar role is not required but is a plus
