Job Description - Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team at Klarna in Uppsala, Sweden. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely. This is a part-time, entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize emails, calendars, and digital files for team members. 2. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. 3. Conduct research and compile data for various projects. 4. Provide general administrative support such as drafting correspondence, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. 5. Assist with coordinating special events and projects as needed. 6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 7. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the team.


Requirements: 1. A reliable and adaptable personality. 2. Strong decision-making and negotiation skills. 3. Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is required. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
