Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Natural Cycles, the first and only FDA-cleared birth control app, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Support Assistant to join our remote team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, Sweden. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone who is resilient, energetic, and eager to learn about the healthcare and technology industries.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to assist users with any questions or issues they may have. 2. Manage account-related tasks, including account creation, subscription changes, and billing inquiries. 3. Assist in monitoring and analyzing user data to provide insights to the marketing and product teams. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to provide support on client accounts and track customer feedback. 5. Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn is a must. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 5. Leadership and decision-making abilities to assist in customer inquiries and escalations.
