Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: As an Account Support Assistant at SKF, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our account management team in Stockholm. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals at an entry-level in their career with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, and maintaining client profiles - Communicate with clients via email or phone to provide support and address any inquiries or issues - Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Assist with the organization of meetings and events, both online and in-person - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services to clients - Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with excellent time management and planning skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
