Job Description:
Happy Socks is seeking a remote Account Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Stockholm. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our account management team and ensuring seamless operations for our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the account management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. 2. Assist with client communication, including responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely manner. 3. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Assist with strategic planning for client accounts and participate in team meetings to discuss account performance. 6. Support the account managers in developing and implementing client communication strategies. 7. Assist with people management tasks, including onboarding new team members and coordinating training sessions. 8. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all client communications. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 10. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a similar role required. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Passionate and adaptable personality traits. 8. Soft skills in strategic planning and people management. 9. Ability to take calculated risks for growth. 10. Must be eligible for life insurance, profit sharing, and visa sponsorship.
