Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team at ABB Sweden as an Account Support Assistant. This is a remote work position based in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist in organizing and maintaining customer accounts - Communicate with clients to address inquiries and concerns - Prepare reports and analysis to support account management - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in developing strategies to grow and retain customer base - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to make decisions and negotiate effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High level of integrity and professionalism - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
