Job Description:
Epidemic Sound is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Support Associate to join our remote team. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any account-related inquiries or issues. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, technical support, and general account maintenance - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service or account support role (minimum of 3 years) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment - Persuasion and creativity in finding solutions to customer issues - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
