Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team at Nobina. This is a part-time remote position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. The Account Support Associate will provide essential support to our account management team and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the success of our client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts by providing timely and accurate information - Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and concerns - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Monitor account activity and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the account management team to develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Proactively seek out new opportunities to add value to client accounts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships with clients - Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
