Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team at Securitas AB in a remote work capacity. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of adaptability, resourcefulness, critical thinking, and project management skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Develop account plans and strategies to optimize client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and effective manner - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients - Identify opportunities for account growth and proactively pursue upselling or cross-selling initiatives - Handle client escalations and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent project management abilities - Ability to think critically and solve complex problems - Proven track record of managing client accounts and achieving targets - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
