Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sandvik is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts, including processing orders, handling inquiries, and providing product information - Collaborate with sales team to develop and maintain relationships with clients - Negotiate with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints - Assist in project management and implementation of special initiatives - Provide administrative support as needed - Act as a resource for customers, providing guidance and assistance as required

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
